“I have my kit and I am ready to place another order. How do I do it?”

There are two ways to place orders with Young Living: Essential Rewards (ER monthly Order), or through the Shop tab.

Essential Rewards

When you’re ready to try more oils or other Young Living products, we HIGHLY recommend using Essential Rewards next time you order!

Essential Rewards is a monthly wellness subscription box that gives you points back and freebies. Each month, you get to customize a box of wellness goodies according to what YOU want.

All you have to do to enroll in ER if you are already a member with us is to log into your virtual office on Youngliving.com (use your email or member number and the password you created) and click on “Essential Rewards” on the left-hand side of your screen. From there, the website will walk you through how to enroll. It’s easy and it only takes a couple minutes.

Shop / One Time Order

The other way to order is through the Shop tab, which you can use to place orders any time (even in addition to an Essential Rewards order). You will not receive the points back or any of the Essential Rewards perks when placing One-Time Orders. But you can still qualify for the monthly promo freebies when placing quick orders!

To place a one-time order:

Click the shop Order tab on the left side of the dashboard.

Search for what you would like to order and add it to your bag {You may want to have your product guide handy for this step}

Follow the prompts to complete your order.

Order Online:

1. Go to www.youngliving.com/vo/#/login or youngliving.org

2. Enter your username and password (you set those up when you placed your first order!).

Click the Shop tab on the left side of the dashboard.

Search for what you would like to order and add it to your bag {You may want to have your product guide handy for this step}

Follow the prompts to complete your order.

Order by Phone:

1. Call Customer Service at 1-800-371-3515

2. Provide your username and pin, or have the rep help you with this step via your SSN.

3. Tell the customer service rep what you would like to order!

Order by Live Chat:

1. Login to your online account via step 1 in the online instructions above.

2. Click on “Live Chat” at the top of the page, to the left of your name

3. Have your username and pin handy, and let the rep know you would like to place an order

4. Follow the prompts from the live chat rep

5. Tell the customer service rep what you would like to order

“But I don’t remember my username and password or pin! That’s the problem!”

Here’s what you can do!:

1. You can call Customer Service at 1-800-371-3515 for assistance. (This is the fastest way to find all the info you need. Then write it down for future reference!! )

2. You can find your username via your original welcome email from custserv@youngliving.com. (Search for your original welcome email in your personal email archives)
