Hey there! Welcome. This is our Dwell Well Collective FAQ page (for our Young Living members!). If you signed up with any of our team members, you are a part of our Tribe! I hope you will find this page to be helpful in answering some common questions. If not, reach out! Our contact info is below and we are happy to help!

As much as we love to help, we don’t always have access to specific information on your account. The fastest way to get help in those situations is to call Young Living’s Customer Service at >> 1-800-371-3515 . They are always so kind and helpful!

* What is PV?

PV stands for Personal Volume. Most products sold by Young Living have a PV amount assigned to them. Often, the amount you spend on an oil is the same amount of PV ($20 is usually 20 PV, for example). Some items (usually non-consumable items or accessories) have zero PV value or less PV than the dollar amount. Each order you make will have a total PV amount shown at the bottom of your cart.

You may know that an awesome perk of being a Young Living member is that they offer an AMAZING referral program. Just by sharing your referral link, Young Living will send you thank you checks! Nice, yes?

You don’t have to “want to start a business” or be an essential oil expert to share about them. You don’t have to have a website or have a certain personality. You don’t have to be weird and salesy. Just tell your friends how to get their kit. Easy peasy.

How to get your referral link:

1. Go here: https://yl.pe/ and enter your member number into both the sponsor and enroller fields to generate a short referral link!
2. Test your referral link in a browser. The Young Living order page should populate with YOUR member # in it in the Enroller/Sponsor fields. Verify that the member number is yours.
3. Save your link somewhere you can access it easily! Put it in a note in your phone, on your compute, or even print your member number on cards to make it easy to sign people up with you!

Super easy. Just give them your link, and they get to join our groups!
