The Virtual Office (VO) is your portal into your business! To get there, log in to https://www.youngliving.com/en_US/virtual-office, then click on “My Organization.” Here you can view your “downline,” which is everyone within your organization. You will be able to see when people enroll, how much PV their order is, if they are missing commissions, if their ER order didn’t process and more!
The VO is also where you place quick orders, modify your Essential Rewards orders, check your PV, your team’s OGV, and you can make sure your member’s orders have gone through, check your shipping statuses, etc. Understanding the VO can be key to staying organized and on top of all your business items.
You’ll want to help members make sure their orders have gone though, look for missed ER orders, as well as watch for those members who might have ranked up or are close to a new rank so you can cheer them on!
**If you have placements on your team, talk to their enroller about whether or not they want you to contact the member directly or to just pass on anything you notice!**
Watch THIS VIDEO demonstration to help you get to know your VO.
Please note: This video is slightly outdated. There is no longer a grace month for ER and the percentage back has changed!
***BONUS*** As a companion for your Virtual Office, we HIGHLY recommend the app Oily Tools for keeping track of commissions, tracking rank advancements on your team, seeing when products come back in store and more!!

Helpful things to know when looking at your downline:
If you click a name, you will be able to find the tab that says “qualifications.” This tab will give you a lot of helpful info on completed orders, pending auto-ship orders and rank qualifications for each member (including yourself).
OGV: Overall gross volume (your purchase plus every single person’s purchase under you forever.)
PV: Your personal volume spent. As builders we each need to spend 100 PV (or more) a month in order to collect all commissions.
Usually PV is equal to dollar amount, but sometimes it is different.
PGV: This is important once you hit Silver. This is your PV plus anyone else’s PV who are not in your two qualifying legs for Silver (2 legs at 4,000). This is required for every rank Silver and up.
Autoship: This column is for Essential Rewards, you will see a number there which indicates the date their order is scheduled. The check mark in the box means it’s already been sent out. The green shield with the check means they have PV assist.
If one of your members misses their ER order (the date will pass with no check mark), you may want to check in soon after to make sure they didn’t need help and that they know how to reschedule it before the end of the month (they can use the process today button or call to have it go out). While you cannot see specifics of what they order, you can sometimes catch if they may have forgotten to update their cart (the PV doesn’t change from the month before).
The red triangle of death: What does it mean??? Don’t panic! If you see a red triangle by someone’s name in your downline, this just means that someone signed up with your link but didn’t complete the credit card process (or their credit card was declined!). Womp, womp. Your job is to encourage them to complete that process! A day or two after you notice this, send them a little message like this:
Hi INSERT NAME HERE,
I noticed that you set up a Young Living account! I’m super excited for you! Right now there is a red arrow on your account, which might mean something went amiss. But since I cannot look at your order to see what’s up, I wanted to check in and make sure there wasn’t any issue so you aren’t waiting on something that isn’t going to show up! Sometimes all this means is that credit card info was missing an expiration date or something. Or, if you are just having trouble deciding which kit is best (I know it can be so hard!), I totally recommend the Desert Mist Essential Oils Premium Starter Kit! Can’t wait to see what you choose. Let me know if you have any trouble!
