You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You can easily use our groups and resources to train and teach your members and streamline your life. If you signed up for Young Living with a Premium Starter Kit or other Wholesale membership kit… that’s all you need to get started. There are NO additional fees or steps involved to officially become a business leader. It’s as SIMPLE as deciding you’re ready to give it a shot.

Something SUPER important to note about the Young Living opportunity is that Young Living is NOT direct sales. It is NOT like some of the other businesses you might have heard about: Kitchen product sales, Patterned leggings sales, Lipstick Sales, Protein drink sales.

What is so different about Young Living?

-You keep NO inventory

-You are not in charge of anyone’s account

-The “buy in” is SUPER low cost (just your kit), no commitment, and it is open to everyone

-You don’t need to have parties, you can share however you want

-You don’t ever have to deliver product or order FOR someone

-You don’t handle the Young Living product shipping, shipping dates, customer service basic concerns, sales. That’s all covered for you!

That’s okay and totally normal! You do not need to sign up a ton of people personally to succeed in this business! Technically, you only need to have personally enrolled 6 people to reach the highest rank. Not everyone in your organization will be someone you have met! In fact, once your business is off the ground, you will notice that the percentage of people you personally know in your organization will get smaller and smaller.

The reason you don’t have to know a lot of people personally is due to duplication. Once you sign up a couple of people who are as excited about sharing as you are, your business can take off. We have silvers on our own team who got to their rank by signing up two leaders and only about a dozen personal sign ups. It’s totally doable!

The idea is that over time, your income will be produced for you by hundreds, perhaps even thousands of people who are each pursuing their own success. This creates income that can go on forever regardless of whether you are still signing people up or not.

Good news! You don’t have to be an expert. Essential oils have been studied for thousands of years and there are tons of resources for learning. This business is more about taking CHARGE of your health and doing the research toward your best personal wellness.

Tell your friends you are still learning and growing right along with them, and continue to be a student of the products instead of the source of all the answers.

In fact, you don’t need to be anyone’s first stop when they have a product-related question; you should instead point them in the direction of resources that will equip them and empower them to take control of their health. This way, they can keep your business going for generation after generation with more efficiency.

Most of all, simply be real with people, be confident in what products YOU love and why you love them. Authenticity and sharing what you love is what works. You don’t need to claim to have all the answers, and give yourself permission to learn as you go.

The beauty of working the business side of Young Living is that there are no requirements or limits to the growth of your business. This is what makes YL so different!

Young Living will never make you meet a certain volume requirement or quota each month. This is why we call it Sharing, instead of Selling. Who needs that pressure? Not us!

Instead, there is a self-motivating rank system based on your leadership. As you progress from rank to rank, the ceiling for your compensation also increases.

No, there are no requirements for “recruiting” or “enrolling” new members/distributors. Instead, there are great bonuses for helping new people sign up, and what’s more, your business will continue to flourish as more people enroll under your mentorship from generation to generation.

All you need to do to be eligible for sign up bonuses is to have placed a 50PV order that same qualifying month. To receive commission checks, you just need to place a 100PV product order in the qualifying month. That’s it!
