I try to limit processed food and eat organic, switched to a plant-based diet, invested in an organic mattress and bedding, etc. Despite all of that, when it came to essential oils, I was skeptical. I was so sure that it was all hype! If I’d only known sooner how much these little bottles of plant juice would impact my life! The more I have used them and researched them, the more undeniable it has become to me that these oils are much more than just hype.
Essential oils have impacted me in so many healthy and truly life-changing ways. I use them to clean my home, to promote a good night’s sleep, I add them to my skincare routine, use them to support my hormones and emotions, and so much more! I have experienced such a difference in my quality of life, sleep and overall wellness.
