A great way to push for goals is to offer incentives to your downline! First of all, check and see what Incentives the Dwell Well Collective is offering and tag them in any relevant posts. If you want to offer something specific to your downline or to a specific lef (maybe to boost ogv to hit a rank!) then the best way to offer these incentives is to start a chat or text group with your personally enrolled! Not everyone is motivated by incentives, you need to find what works for you!

Types of incentives:
1.  Enrollment incentives
This is an incentive to sign up with your referral link! You can offer up to $25 in cash (or items that are equal or less than $25 in value) and unlimited resources! You cannot specify what resources you are giving unless they are compliant. Doing these with a limited time is most effective. Example: grab a Premium Starter Kit with me by TONIGHT and I will send you a free diffuser bracelet!

2. OGV incentives:
These are incentives to boost your OGV to help you rank! Let’s say you are 400 OGV away from hitting a goal, you might send out a message to your personal enrolled saying “the first 10 people to place a 100pv order will be entered to win a giveaway for an adorable essential oils pouch!”

3. ER incentives:
This would be an incentive for people to sign up for ER. For example, you might message your personally enrolled and say “I’m offering a free bottle of lime vitality to everyone who signs up for the amazing Essential Rewards program during this month!”

4. Rank push Incentives:
If you are pushing for a rank you can offer an incentive for a big push! Free shipping or Amazon gift cards work great for this! “I will reimburse shipping for all 100pv orders placed today!”.

IPAs are so important for your business! IPA stands for “Income Producing Activity”. You will know something is an IPA if it directly contributes to the one of the following:

1. Does it help someone to sign up with a starter kit?

2. Does it help one of your members get on ER?

3. Does it teach someone to do or grow their business?

4. Does it grow your OGV through product education? (this cannot be your only IPA!).

What do IPAs look like? Here are some ideas!

– comment on leads Facebook posts with genuine relationship
–  offer to give your friend a sample
– set up a meeting or playdate and bring your PSK oils to let them smell and chat (tell them you are doing that!)
-do a class in person or online!
-join with your team or cross-line team do a workshop together (or on your own) to benefit new members or existing members!
– share a personal story (not an ad-style post) on FB about your toxin free life/oils
– PM a friend with an oily solution to a problem she shared
– do a sign up promo with your team
– do a live ER unboxing on FB (make sure you are FB friends with your members)
– do a live ER unboxing in the Dwell Well collective
– comment on posts promoting ER, so your FB peeps see it
– share a pic of your ER order in the Dwell Collective and on your personal FB/Instagram
– send a postcard to a member telling them what ER is with an incentive to try it out!
– offer an incentive to your members for hosting a class
– follow up with a recently new member asking her if she has run out of anything and ask her what she loves from her kit
– set up a meeting/Facetime/call with a member who is on ER and loves their oils and tell them about the amazing YL business (talk about our group’s mentorship!)
– take a friend out to dinner who you know would be great at this biz
– privately share your check and your excitement with a personal friend
– reach out to anyone who enrolls for the first time and help them learn more
– encourage those who are close to hitting Star, each and every month
– if someone on your team signs up a member, make sure that they have spent 50pv so they don’t miss their bonus!
